Welcome to our Searchspring community, and we are so glad you're here! At Searchspring we care about driving eCommerce outcomes with our search, merchandising, personalization, and product bundling solutions. In order to do that, we need to ensure our customers are well educated and successful in using our product.
That's where the community comes in! This is a great opportunity to interact not only with Searchspring but other customers as well. We are looking to build a Searchspring ecosystem that will help drive eCommerce success and thanks for being a part of that!
As a friendly reminder, here are some tips for getting started:
1) Personalize your profile
-Upload a profile picture!
-Customize your profile to let others know a bit about your interests and expertise. (Note: Only logged-in Community members can see each others’ profiles).
2) Introduce yourself!
-Head over to Intros & Shout Outs to introduce yourself!
-We want to get to know you, like where you're from, how you're using Searchspring, what eCommerce industry you're in, and your favorite thing to do on the weekends.
3) Personalize your experience
-Follow the categories that interest you most
4) Join the conversation
-Once you're logged in, you'll be able to click 'New Post' and either choose to start a 'New Discussion' or 'Ask a Question.'
